Shipping Policy

Promotional commemorative coins are offered free of product charge. The amount charged for each pack (for example $80, $120, $150, or $199 depending on quantity) is a shipping and handling fee. Optional upsell products ship in the same package and do not add a separate shipping charge. Shopify checkout shows shipping as $0.00 because shipping and handling is already included in the pack amount.

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when the order ships.
• U.S. delivery is typically 7–14 business days via USPS after the order ships. International orders, if accepted, may take 12–18 business days and may be delayed by customs.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase.

• Paid upsell products (for example additional collectible coins or guaranteed delivery coverage) may be refunded to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
• Shipping and handling charged for promotional/free coins is not refundable, because you chose to receive the product and accepted that fee.
• If an item is defective or we sent the wrong item, contact us first. We will replace it or refund the applicable amount, including shipping and handling where appropriate.
• Returned items must be in original packaging, unused or only lightly inspected, undamaged, and include all accessories.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original Shopify payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Returns received after 60 days will not be processed.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us

Email support@victory-coin.com with your order number and reason for return so we can confirm the request.

2. Repackage the Item

Place the product(s) in the original packaging, including accessories and documentation. Items should be unused or lightly inspected and free from damage.

3. Include Order Details

Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your full name, order number, and email address.

After we receive and inspect the return, we will email you and issue any approved refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
